Hayley Williams is now on Twitter
Posted in News on May 24th, 2009After an impersonator set-up a Twitter account in her name, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams vowed to “hold off on the Twitter thing.”
Four weeks on, it seems Williams has now got the Twitter bug and has set up an account at twitter.com/yelyahwilliams.
“My new Sidekick came with a Twitter application,” she wrote on her blog. “I mean, what’s a girl to do? I’ve fought the good fight long enough.”
“I give it five years and we will have completely forgotten how to communicate with each other audibly,” she continues. ” Here’s to tweets, twats, twits and everything in between.”

Blink 182, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy?
Posted in News on May 14th, 2009Thats right! Blink182’s summer tour will begin July 24th and the veteran poppunkers will be bringing Fall Out Boy and Weezer out with them. Party!
The tour will stretch out until October, and ticket prices will range from $20-$60. So, after Ticketmaster fees and junk, you’re looking at a mild blow to your bank account. I’m not saying it’s not worth it—on the contrary, I think this is absolutely worth the dough—just advising you to be prepared, so you’re not like, tempted to sell a sibling at the last minute.
