Aerosmith forced cancel to Venezuela show!
Classic rock icons Aerosmith have been forced to cancel their upcoming Venezuela festival date after guitarist Joe Perry developed “unforeseen complications” with his replacement knee last week.
Perry, 58, has been forced to have emergency surgery on his knee less than a year after surgeons fitted him with a replacement.
Aerosmith were due to headline Solid Fest in Caracas on Sunday, February 1.
“Playing Venezuela was my idea of a perfect way to start the New Year,” said frontman Steven Tyler. “But having heard Joe had to revisit the hospital this month, the band are truly disappointed we can’t be in Caracas and we hope to see everyone there soon.”
